Came and all in Chinese writing no American language whatsoever no English no other language, but China would never order from this place again

Fine scale. Works as it should and is small for easy storage.
Perfect scale, very good quality, well packed. It has arrived super fast. It comes with batteries. The application for use works well, measures the weight correctly (I have weighed on this scale and on another to compare and it weights the same). I recommend 100%

Batteries are not included. The scales connects to the phone via Bluetooth and through the app which you need to download following the instructions.
